I got it from the end of Yura's quest line. There should be a ruin on the southern part of Ahgeel lake with a campfire under, it should be there. Not the ruin IN the lake, on the edge of it. Head toward the jellyfish near murkwater cave if it's not by the bonfire. That's where I found it.If you have killed him you should have the Nagakiba in your inventory, shouldn't you?
